    • \nCustomers may request a return for certain products within a maximum period of two days from the date of receipt, provided that the product remains in its original condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging. Shipping, delivery, and return fees will be deducted according to the rates specified on the store.\n
    • \nPrinted paper products, digital files, and digital products cannot be returned or exchanged, as the product content and details are clearly explained in the product description prior to purchase.\n
    • \nCustomized or personalized products, including products modified upon request, are not eligible for return or exchange.\n
    • \nIf a customer requests a digital product to be printed and shipped as a physical copy, they are not entitled to request the digital PDF file afterward, as the printing and preparation service is considered part of the product value provided.\n

    Paper Product Exchange Cases

    Kaghad Trading Company allows exchanges for paper products only in the following cases:

    • \nThe product arrives damaged due to shipping or transportation.\n
    • \nThere is a printing defect or missing internal pages.\n
    • \nThe customer receives a different product from the one ordered through the store.\n

    Exchange Conditions

    To complete an exchange request, the following requirements must be met:

    • \nA clear copy of the invoice must be sent using the same email address registered and used for the purchase.\n
    • \nClear photos showing the damage or defect in the product must be provided.\n
    • \nThe product must remain in its original condition and original packaging at the time of the exchange request.\n

    Exchange Period

    • \nExchange requests may be submitted within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt.\n
    • \nThe customer is responsible for shipping fees related to returning and exchanging the product unless the issue was caused by the store.\n
