Return & Refund Policy

Please note that by using the Kaghad Store website or completing any purchase, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy adopted by Kaghad Trading Company.

Kaghad Trading Company Commitments

Kaghad Trading Company is committed to the following:

• \nClearly displaying all pricing details before completing the purchase, including:\n
  • \nThe original product price.\n
  • \nValue Added Tax (VAT).\n
  • \nShipping and delivery fees.\n
  • \nAny future additional charges, if applicable, along with the method of calculation and applicable conditions.\n

• \nProviding after-sales services under the following conditions:\n
  • \nCertain products may be returned within 2 days from the date of receipt.\n
  • \nProducts may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.\n

This is subject to the product being in its original condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are excluded from return and exchange:

• \nBooklets and printed paper products.\n
• \nDigital files and digital products.\n
• \nCustomized or personalized products made upon request.\n

An exception applies only in the case of a clear printing defect in the paper product.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed and final once the customer clicks the “Complete Order” button and successfully completes the payment process.

Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased and delivered.

All details related to digital products are clearly explained through product images and descriptions within the store before completing the purchase.

If you have any questions or require clarification, we are happy to assist you before placing your order. Our team will gladly answer all your inquiries.

Printing Digital Products

If a customer requests a digital product to be printed and shipped as a physical copy, they are not entitled to request the PDF file afterward, as the printing, preparation, and shipping service are considered part of the product’s value.

Return Fees

If a return request is approved, the following fees will be deducted from the refunded amount:

• \nShipping and delivery fees including VAT: SAR 28.\n
• \nReturn shipping fees: SAR 28.\n
• \nElectronic payment gateway fees of 1% when payment is made using bank cards or electronic payment methods.\n

Accordingly, an approximate amount of SAR 57 may be deducted from the refunded amount. The final deducted amount may vary depending on the order value and applicable payment gateway charges.

Refunds

At Kaghad Store, we carefully inspect all products before shipment to ensure they reach our customers in the best possible condition.

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such situations, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer through the original payment method used for the purchase.
